Thought my Canon Pixma Pro 100 was dead (need a new print head) but after running a few cleaning cycles with this cleaning fluid and their empty tanks, printer is good as new. Highly recommend this cleaning solution and some empty cartridges to keep around for periodic cleaning. (I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical as i tried to do the same thing with some regular rubbing alcohol with only partial success -- including soaking the print head, which didn't help much). But this cleaning fluid really works.
